The "Documents" section contains a list of documents required for admission to the College for full-time and part-time forms of education.
Full-time
Base: 9th, 10th grades
- Application addressed to the college director
- Passport or birth certificate or residence permit
- Original education document
- Documents confirming the applicant's right to admission benefits
- 6 photographs 3×4 cm
- Medical certificate of health status form 1 здр/У-10 established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus
- Certificate from the psycho-neurological dispensary from a psychiatrist and a narcologist at the place of residence
Part-time
Base: 11th grade
- заявление на имя директора колледжа
- оригиналы документов об образовании и приложения к ним
- медицинская справка о состоянии здоровья по форме, установленной Министерством здравоохранения РБ (1 здр/У-10), справка от психиатра и нарколога (по месту жительства)
- предъявляется документ, удостоверяющий личность (паспорт, вид на жительство)
- 6 фотографий размером 3х4 см
- копия (выписка) трудовой книжки, заверенная руководителем предприятия
- копия свидетельства о браке
- военный билет (заочное отделение)
